Delivery

Orders will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Upon providing your email, you will receive delivery notifications.

We cannot guarantee delivery times, including due to reasons beyond G.sense’s control.

Next-Day Deliveries are Stipulated on Post Express Post terms and conditions of services.

All deliveries are made Monday - Friday via Australian post office

Overseas Purchases

Deliveries are sorted and shipped via air freight to the last mile distribution company within your country and then delivered by your country's postal service. You agree that G.sense is not responsible for, and has no control over, the local postal service in your country.

You agree that G.sense cannot be held liable for any shipping issues, delays or errors originating from within your country.

When ordering from G.sense, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; G.sense has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and region to region; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original shipment delivery estimates.

G.sense reserves the right not to deliver our Products to certain countries.

G.sense is also not responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

When ordering from G.sense, for delivery to your country, you or the recipient of record must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Accordingly, you should check any import laws or regulations that would restrict the importation of the G.sense Products prior to purchase.

Returns

We accept returns for changing your mind after purchase within 30 days of purchase for certain products.

You must contact us via the contact us page first before sending the product back or your return will not be accepted.

The return product must be mailed back for us at your expense. The bottle must be unopened, undamaged, along with the box in good condition.

We will deduct the of $20 AUD- (This is the fee for Packing, Shipping, and Transaction) from your order value as we cannot refund the pack and shipping cost.

E.g. If you paid $70 for the single bottle and decide to refund it. You will be refunded a total amount of $50.00

The refund will be processed once we have received the returned items.

Notwithstanding the above, G.sense Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the International Consumer Law.

We undertake to replace any G.sense Products delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange the returned G.sense Products, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially
